The polyclinics in the metropolitan area that started the implementation of MANSIS Asset management as an Integrated Asset, Infrastructure and Maintenance Management System in April 2013 are the Policlínica Presidente Remón, the Policlínica Don Generoso Guardia and the Policlínica J.J.Vallarino in the management of notifications of incidents or breakdowns of biomedical equipment and facilities.

The Policlínica Presidente Remón receives a daily insured population of three thousand people, being the second most important facility after the Complejo Hospitalario Metropolitano de Madrid Dr. Arnulfo Arias, due to the volume of patients it attends daily and the multiple services it provides to the community.

Currently, the Policlínica Dr. J.J. Vallarino has a population of responsibility of more than 407,000 inhabitants from the districts of Juan Díaz, Pedregal, Tocumén, Rufina Alfaro, 24 de Diciembre, Mañanitas, Pacora and San Martín.  This medical centre is one of those that attends the greatest number of users, due, among other aspects, to the fact that it has almost all services, offering outpatient general medicine, gynaecology, internal medicine, operating theatres for outpatient surgery, wound clinic, physiotherapy, electrocardiogram, dentistry and other specialities with modern technology.

The Generoso Guardia polyclinic of the Caja de Seguro Social, in Santa Librada, celebrated its 31st anniversary on April 23rd, serving the community and its surroundings, where it attends more than 6,000 patients per month, 80% of which are emergencies, available 24 hours a day.
