MANSIS (hospital version) has been implemented in the Complejo Hospitalario de Pontevedra with all the processes in an integral way, including the necessary parameterizations for the integration of MANSIS with the current computer systems of SERGAS (Galician Health Service).
This initial implementation covers the management of the hospitals:
- Hospital Montecelo
- Hospital Provincial
MANSIS technology as a multicenter and multicomplex management system, allows the technological infrastructure to be concentrated in a single server located in the IT services of the Hospital Complex, which serves all the hospitals of the Hospital Complex. All this will allow a grouped operation of all the centers or individualized by center depending on the interest at any given time.
During the implementation of MANSIS as a Corporate Asset Management information system, the following tasks, among others, have been carried out:
- Inventory of assets
- Definition and codification of group and subgroup trees of facilities
- Definition of the hospital by physical spaces according to plans
- Rearrangement of warehouse and labeling
- Recoding of items and inventory
- Training of infrastructure department staff
- Training of the staff of the requesting departments (ward, departments and management).
