The New Hospital Universitario Son Espases of Palma de Mallorca, which has had implemented msAsset since April 2011, has extended the scope/ range of this implementation with the incorporation of msFacilities (MANSIS).
This hospital is the most important infrastructure that the government of Islas Baleares has and occupies a total built-up area of more than 172,000 square metres, with a capacity of 1,020 hospital beds (more than half of these beds will be single), 26 operating theatres, 107 intensive care boxes, 40 boxes for emergency care and 230 consultation rooms, serving a population of 330,000 inhabitants.
Until now, mAsset was in charge of the complete Integral Maintenance Management of the Hospital, and with these new modules of MANSIS, msFacilities, it is possible to control and manage the following:
- The incidents that occur in the general services.
- The level of service provided by each general service according to the contract.

- Pest control and rat extermination
- Security
- Cafeteria
