The Hospital Universitario Fundación Alcorcón, one of the largest General Hospitals in the southern area of the Community of Madrid, with a population of more than 250,000 inhabitants, has been working with MANSIS Asset management since 2007 in the area of Infrastructure and Maintenance Management, with comprehensive control of the entire management of its assets.
In 2011 it has decided to expand the implementation of msFacilities (MANSIS), launching the Incident Control module on General Services, which will allow it to manage from the plant and from all the requesting services the different incidents that occur on all general services, as well as the automatic communication of these incidents to the service providers with the consequent control over the levels of service provided and measurement of response times.
The implementation of msFacilities (MANSIS) will cover, among others, the following General Services:
Catering
Waste
Cleaning
Security
Laundry, ……….
msFacilities (MANSIS) will integrate all the General Services of the Hospital Universitario Fundación Alcorcón and will allow the analysis and study of the performance of the activity of each one of them.
