One of the Hospitals with the longest history in the Autonomous Community of Castilla y León, the Hospital Clínico Universitario de Valladolid, starts the implementation of MANSIS as an Integral Management System for Assets, Infrastructures and Maintenance.
During this month of May, the implementation of MANSIS has started in the Hospital Clínico Universitario de Valladolid in the Community of Castilla y León. MANSIS will be in charge of the Integral Management of Assets, Infrastructures and Maintenance for the General Hospital, as well as for the specialty centers that depend on it.
The implementation of MANSIS will be a major challenge, as it will be carried out during the expansion works of the Hospital, which will greatly affect the physical structure of the Hospital.
This implementation will be carried out in phases, as the phases of the work are completed, with the incorporation of equipment and facilities.
MEGA Sistemas will implement the latest version of MANSIS in this hospital, making the necessary parameterizations for the integration of MANSIS with the current computer systems of the Hospital.
This implementation will mean, through the management of shared MANSIS processes, to control all the activity carried out in the hospital in terms of:
- Property and Asset Management
- Notifications from plant/services
- Work Management – Corrective Maintenance
- Conductive, Preventive and Technical-Legal Maintenance
- Management of contracts with external suppliers
- Shift Management
- Purchasing
- Warehouse
- Internal Quality
- Works Control
- Control Panel
This process will also include the migration of existing data.
Likewise, the necessary modules for warehouse management will be implemented with MANSIS through the labeling of all items with barcodes.
