MEGA Sistemas has finished the implementation of MANSIS (GMAO), which will be in charge of the integral management of assets, patrimony and general services in this complex.
The Complejo Asistencial Universitario de Palencia is made up of the Río Carrión and San Telmo Hospitals, which currently have more than 400 beds occupying an area of 56,554 square metres and where more than 1,000 professionals work.
The implementation of this project was completed in August 2016, and involves, through the management of shared MANSIS processes, controlling all the activity carried out in the healthcare complex in terms of:
- Property and Asset Management
- Notifications from departments
- Management of Work Orders – Corrective Maintenance
- Conductive, Preventive and Technical-Legal Maintenance
- Management of contracts with external suppliers
- Purchasing and Warehouse
- Internal quality
- Control Panel
