The Complejo Hospitalario Arnulfo Arias Madrid in Panama City has started the implementation of MANSIS as a maintenance, asset and infrastructure management system.
The hospital center is composed of two buildings, a General Hospital, which was inaugurated in 1962, and in April 1976, hospitalization began in the Specialized Polyclinic and the two facilities were named Complejo Hospitalario Metropolitano (Metropolitan Hospital Complex). In 1990, it was renamed Complejo Hospitalario Metropolitano Dr. Arnulfo Arias Madrid.
The Complejo Hospitalario Metropolitano Dr. Arnulfo Arias Madrid. receives an average of 1,000 to 1,500 people daily, including outpatients, laboratory services, X-rays, specialized studies (MRI, CAT scan, catheterization and pharmacy, to name a few). As for the hospitalization capacity of this hospital center, it has 825 beds which are permanently occupied.
MEGA Sistemas implements the latest version of MANSIS (Hospital version) making the necessary parameterizations for the integration of MANSIS with the current existing IT systems of the Hospital.
In 2013, this implementation will mean through MANSIS shared process management, controlling all the maintenance management activity carried out in the hospital in terms of:
- Asset and Patrimony Management
- Integration with the Notification Management System from plant/services.
- Management of Work Orders – Corrective Maintenance
- Conductive, Preventive and Technical-Legal Maintenance
- Management of contracts with external suppliers
- Shift Management
- Purchasing
- Warehouse
- Internal Quality
- Works Control
- Control Panel
This process will also include the migration of existing data.
