MEGA Sistemas has started the implementation of the lasted version of MANSIS (Hospital Version) in the Complejo Hospitalario Universitario of Pontevedra, making the necessary customizations for the integration of MANSIS with the current computer systems of the SERGAS (Galician Health Service).
This implementation will mean, through the management of shared processes of MANSIS, to control all the activity carried out in the hospital in terms of:
- Hospital Montecelo
- Hospital Provincial de Pontevedra
- Centro de Especialidades Mollabao
- Centro de Especialidades Casa do Mar Vilagarcía
- Centro de Salud O Grove
- Centro de Salud Bueu
- Centro de Salud Baltar-Portonovo
- Ambulatorio Virxe Peregrina.Especializada
This implementation will mean, through the management of shared processes of MANSIS, to control all the activity carried out in the hospital in terms of:
- Wealth and assets Management
- Notification Management System from plant/services
- Work Order Management
- Preventive, Technical, Legal, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance.
- Management of contracts with external suppliers.
- Shifts Management
- Warehouse and purchases Management
- Quality Management
- Dashboard- Business Intelligence
In this project, the migrations of existing databases have also been carried out.
In addition, it will implement the necessary modules for the warehouse management through the labelling of all the articles with barcodes.
