The Roberto Ramírez de Diego, Miguel Cárdenas Barahona and San Juan de Dios polyclinics located in the provinces of Herrera and Los Santos in Panama have successfully completed the implementation of MANSIS as an Integrated Management System for Assets, Infrastructure and Maintenance in March 2013.
These polyclinics serve a population of more than 178 thousand insured and more than 27 thousand uninsured CSS in the region of Herrera and Los Santos, which are divided into the Polyclinic Roberto Ramirez de Diego covering a population of more than 97 thousand insured in the city of Chitre in conjunction with the Hospital Gustavo Nelson Collado and in the region of Los Santos the polyclinic of San Juan de Dios and the Polyclinic Miguel Cardenas Barahona serves more than 81 thousand insured.
MEGA Sistemas implements the latest version of MANSIS (Hospital version) making the necessary parameterisations for the integration of MANSIS with the current computer systems of the Hospital.
This implementation will mean, through the management of shared processes of MANSIS, to control all the activity carried out in the hospital in terms of:
- Asset and Patrimony Management
- Integration with the Notifications Management System from the ward/services.
- Work Orders Management – Corrective Maintenance
- Conductive, Preventive and Technical-Legal Maintenance
- Management of contracts with external suppliers
- Shift Management
- Purchasing
- Warehouse
- Internal quality
- Works Control
- Control panel
As part of this process, the existing data will also be migrated.
The necessary modules for the management of the warehouses will also be implemented with MANSIS through the labelling of all articles with barcodes.
