The Complejo Universitario de Vigo – CUVI has started the implementation of MANSIS (Official Organisms version) as a Integrated Asset, Infrastructure and Maintenance Management System for its three Campuses: Vigo, Pontevedra and Ourense.
The Complejo Universitario de Vigo – CUVI – which covers the entire southern area of Galicia: Vigo, Ourense and Pontevedra, considered a benchmark in the innovation of construction of public university buildings both nationally and internationally, has begun the implementation of MANSIS as a Integrated Asset, Infrastructure and Maintenance Management System for its three campuses and all its buildings.
The building structure on which MANSIS will be implemented in its three campuses includes:
Vigo Campus:
- 16 faculty and administrative buildings on the As Lagoas campus
- 2 buildings in Torrecedeira
- 1 building in Toralla
Pontevedra Campus:
- 4 building on university campus
Ourense Campus:
- 2 building in the center of Ourense
- 6 buildings on university campus
The implementation will migrate the existing data and it will suppose, through the management of shared processes of MANSIS, to control the entire activity carried out on the campuses in terms of:
- Wealth and assets Management
- Alerts from departments
- Work Order Management
- Preventive, Technical, Legal, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance.
- Management of contracts with external suppliers.
- Warehouse and purchases Management
- Quality Management
- Control of Works by Departments and Faculties
- Dashboard- Business Intelligence
