MEGA Sistemas will implement the latest version of MANSIS (hospital version), making the necessary parameterisations for the integration of MANSIS with the current computer systems of the hospital complex.
At present, the Ávila Health Care Complex is made up of four centres: the Nuestra Señora de Sonsoles Hospital, the Provincial Hospital, the Ávila Specialities Centre and the Arenas de San Pedro Specialities Centre, currently serving a population of 160,000 inhabitants.
This implementation will mean, through the management of shared MANSIS processes, controlling all the activity carried out in the hospital in terms of:
- Asset and Patrimony Management
- Integration with the Notifications Management System from the plant/services.
- Ots Management – Corrective Maintenance
- Conductive, Preventive and Technical-Legal Maintenance
- Management of contracts with external suppliers
- Activity Control
- Purchasing
- Warehouse
- Control Panel
This process will also include the migration of existing data.
