MANSIS is selected by CAPSA (Concesionaria Atención Primaria, S.A.) as the Integrated Asset, Infrastructure and Maintenance Management System for the Management of the Primary Care Centers of de Palma de Mallorca.
The implementation of MANSIS will include the following new centers:
- Andratx
- Ariany
- Es Molinar
- Esporles
- Maria de la Salut
- Wall
- Porreres
- Sa Pobla
- Ses Salines
- Son servera
These health centers cover 83,000 people and are part of the Balearic Government’s new health infrastructure plan.
MEGA Sistemas will implement the latest version of MANSIS (Hospital version) that optimizes all management processes related to infrastructure management.
This implementation will mean, through the management of shared processes of MANSIS, controlling all the activity carried out in primary schools in terms of:
- Wealth and assets Management
- Notification Management System from plant/services
- Work Order Management
- Preventive, Technical, Legal, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance.
- Management of contracts with external suppliers.
- Shifts Management
- Warehouse and purchases Management
- Quality Management
- Control of works
- Dashboard- Business Intelligence
