Quality policy

ESTUDIOS MEGA is aware of the need to improve constantly and continuously in order to adapt to our clients’ needs as well as to outstand in an increasingly demanding market.

 

For this purpose, in MEGA Sistemas we have implemented quality management protocols in accordance with UNE-EN-ISO 9001 standards, which cover the following activities:

 

  • Analysis, Design, Programming and Implementation of Computer Applications.
  • Continuous Education and Occupational Training and Professional Certifications.
  • Design and implementation of training actions addressed at unemployed and active workers.

committing themselves to provide all necessary resources as well as to comply with all legal and regulatory requirements that affect them.

 

Quality Control objectives are included in our Quality Control Policy, based on:

 

  • Fulfilling our clients’ needs and expectations by developing and implementing top notch IT services and educational services.
  • Constant market surveillance to identify customers’ needs and to be able to provide improved solutions.

  • Engaging out staff to participate in the implementation and management of Quality control procedures.
  • Continuous training of our staff according to market new developments, skills and qualifications.

  • Managing complaints respectfully and efficiently.
  • Adequate management of the supply chain, in order to be able to comply with delivery times and quality standards
  • Implementing corrective actions whenever a problem arises, under a collaborative approach with any of the implicated parties.
  • Implementing risk assessment protocols to prevent potential deviations or non-conformities in the quality management system.
  • Continuous monitoring of the Quality System, making sure standards are met as established in the firms’ Quality Policy.
  • Yearly fixing and renewal of coherent and achievable objectives as established in the firms’ Quality Policy.

This Policy must be available for consultation and acceptation by any stakeholders taking part in MEGA Sistemas’ projects and operations.
