ANESTIC, incident communication software developed by MEGA Sistemas has become the reference software for Critical Incident Communication for Safety in Anaesthesia and Resuscitation.
Since its inception in 2007 at the Fundación Hospital de Alcorcón in the Community of Madrid, it has come to be used by a total of 41 hospitals in the Spanish healthcare system, covering centres in Madrid, Galicia, Cataluña, Castilla-La Mancha, Las Islas Baleares, Andalucía,País Vasco, Valencia, Cantabria and Las islas Canarias.
It currently operates as a web portal to which all centres connect directly or through the website of the Spanish Society of Anaesthesia and Resuscitation (Sociedad de Anestesia y Reanimación).
This incident communication software is not only designed for critical incidents in the area of Anaesthesia and Resuscitation, but can be adapted to all incident communication needs.
